    Patello femoral syndrome in CMA

Just recently found out I got to get some rehab for this issue aka runners knee. Anyone here training with this medical issue. Just looking to hear your take on this medical issue. I try to train around the pain by wearing a brace and avoiding deep stances.

I'm not to sure what that is. I've been training my legs via weight training getting them strengthened before rehab

I found that my vmo was terribly underdeveloped I have used this to a great advantage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5BDi8Oj5eM . I am not prescribing this as you are seeing someone with more information on your needs then I do but this worked for me.
