    Sanshou Success in MMA

    Lakay Wushu reportedly has the best reputation for producing champion MMA fighters in the Philippines. Sanshou is used as the base for Team Lakay members.

    Their website sucks, but apparently their fighting doesn't.

    Check out the vid I linked on the "Rousey's Coach Does Wushu" thread I just started. Guy has a background in Wushu / San Shou.
