    Still in negotiation. You can all help me by maintaining the peace here and by not bothering me with PMs or emails unless they are really important as I am preoccupied with this situation and it is costing me some precious time during a week that was already over-scheduled with other tasks.

    I am hoping for a positive resolution soon and will inform you all of the results as soon as possible.
