    Nobody move, nobody gets hurt

I've just got a cease and desist. Unfortunately, I've got a busy week ahead of me and my PC just crashed so I cannot drop everything to allocate resources to resolve this amicably. I would like you all to continue participating on the forum, but please tone it down until I can get things sorted.

You can have Kung Fu in cooking, it really has nothing to do with fighting!

without knowing the details, I can only guess someone felt "insulted" which is pretty silly for an internet forum

unfortunately, in today's legal system, no matter how groudless and time wasting the case, Gene has to deal with it

Without knowing the details, is the Guy's first name starting with a T and last name starting with a K?

Or has ST finally had it with the SD thread?

It is unfortunate, I think almost anything that happens here would fall under free speech...I don't think there's been anything here that qualifies as libel or slander...but if someone wants to push an issue legally people are forced to take time and defend themselves...

In all seriousness, things have been said here about me that would credibly meet slander/libel but even then, why waste time and resources for an INTERNET FORUM???

I appreciate Gene has to deal with this now, so we should all keep it to a low roar

Who has the most to gain...hmmm? It does take away from the speculating on Robinhood's possible aliases...

These - or there was that thread about that bad experience review of that kung fu school. Any of these could possibly damage a businesses reputation thereby hurting it's ability to make moniez off of the unsuspecting general public and soccer moms. Just saying...

Turning Lion's Roar down to "mewing kitten bats string" now...
