I've been doing this Tuesday and Thursday for a month now and really like it. Bas also has a Muay Thai & MMA version. I've done the Muay Thai one but I'm nursing an injury so I've been doing the Boxing workout until I heal. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a heavy bag. (My HB is 100lb bag)
