    GPS Rushfit video serie's

    Is there anyone who did this allready?

    This is a 8 week training program, just 1 day of a week.
    I'm busy with it, third day now,

    But still thinking how I could combine it with my Kung Fu training.

    If anyone have extra info or tips arround it, please let me know.

    Thanks in advance;

    Got it. It's ok. It's not for out of shape people looking to get into shape.
    As you can see and are doing, it has more to do with a P90x type training regimen than it has to do with fighting skills etc etc.

    Do your kung fu as well as this. Even when I did P90x I still did my Kung fu practice + That. It was good.
    Kung Fu is good for you.

    The question is this:

    If a GPS Rushfit trainee faced a TapouT XT trainee in the cage, who would win?

    This makes me feel much better about the cardio kickboxing classes I'm running.

    marketing companies. That's who would win.
    Meanwhile a lot of lunging, squatting and jump ups would be going down in tha match.

    I've done it, I've also done P90X(KenpoX), TapouT XT, Bas Rutten's MMA system, and Les Mills Combat. I pick the routines out of them that give me what I'm looking for and still allow me to do my regular stuff.
