So what's your point of posting the video? You offer no insight. It seems all you're interested in doing is bashing this guy.

    Great Thread!

I feel the same way too. Sometime when people just put up a clip, I truly don't know what direction the discussion may go.

I had the following unpleasant discussion in the past.

A: Here is a my personal clip ...
B: Great clip! Thanks for sharing.
    C: My opinion is ...
A: I'm not interest in your opinion. If you don't like it, you don't have to watch it.

oh dear, another video from this guy. What can I say, he knows too much for his own good. Spreading out too thin, the bread is tasteless.

The bag showed no external effects, but the inside was completely disintegrated.

I like his enthousiasm, and he trains hard. But a lot of his kung fu looks 'DIY' if you know what I mean. It just looks lacking in root and although there is obvious skill there, it just doesn't click for me.

'His training in Shaolin includes an intense focus on the internal systems of Tai Chi Chuan'

There is no power in his punch. It looks like he's just turning a wheel... or really, it's more like he's a puppet.
