There was that kid who caught a charge for saying something dumb about school shootings while playing a video game too. It was followed by "lol j/k" and obviously in bad taste, but a crime? I think not.


I have a friend who posted a pic of her 7 month old baby in the bathtub on facebook and some douchebag called her in for posting child porn. The complaint was taken seriously at first. Ridiculous. Of course it went nowhere, but the fact that it happened at all is quite disturbing.


All this pre-crime drama is crazy too.
