    RIP Grandmaster Ma Xianda

I haven't completely confirmed this yet, but it comes from a very reliable source.

GM Ma was featured on our NOV+DEC 2000 cover: The Muslim Master of the Old Empire: An interview with Grandmaster Ma Xianda

    Greetings,

    Very sad news.

Condolences to his family and his extended martial family.

I read many articles from both Ma Ming Da and Ma Xian Da.

    Condolence to family and friends.

Ma family brought Ba Ji, Fan Zi, Pi Gua to the north west China.

They also contributed to curriculum in Nan King Kuo Shu Guan.

They are good examples for both scholarly (wen) and martial (wu) pursuits.

    Confirmed

Gigi spoke to Professor Wang Peikun, who confirmed GM Ma's passing.
