I'm all for finding new ways of training, building skill sets, etc... but I don't think I could ever bring myself to wear one of these... for fear of someone walking into the room with a camera phone.

No mocking, tongue-in-cheek signature here... move on.

Actually, while it may appear to be rather silly looking; I kind of like it.
Nice way to practice accuracy of punches while moving in various ways.
I have seen far worse methods of training.
    Peace,

    Dave

I first saw that about 20 years ago.

I don't know if you can buy them, I think the one guy I know who used one made his own.

Hey I think I remember seeing him using one on TV. Maybe even had them for sale under his brand for a while?

Fair enough, not totally opposed to that myself.

yeah I don't like that to hit the ball you have to fix your head dead still.

    Hello,

I thought I saw them punching while moving too.
I am sure it requires more skill to hit the tennis ball while moving but don't see why you could not still develope the skill needed.
Also, in my Wing Chun we tend to remain upright and so not bob and weave so keeping my head relatively stable would not be a detriment.

Point I am making is that it is a training device. IMHO fine for training certain attributes and not so good for others.
    Peace,

    Dave

Looks interesting and maybe kind of fun..It does look really silly, but hey if it provides a benefit that's all that matters. the only thing i don't like about it is that you can't move your head.If you do it throws it all off,so if looks like the guys is very uncomfortable .

There is no REAL secrets in Wing Chun, but because the forms are conceptual you have to know how to decipher the information..That's the secret..
