Been watching some , haven't seen all of it. Question on vertical power line and heel pivoting. The movement seems to contradict arm ballistics by moving away from the opponent ? Iow if I face an opponent with force at the same time , I won't make force maximized by sustaining a vertical power line if I pivot on the balls of the feet or toes.
This will make my punch / arm force move backwards as I face.
