I'm scared to look at those vids. This highlights a very important point that I am trying to get to, and that these people have never been with a skilled boxer/kickboxer. This is dangerous, fighting is fighting, and few people can make it look pretty and form doesn't always follow function.

This doesn't surprise me, I have told people before who have given me the too deadly BS, that I would be ok if they killed me. Still no takers, unsurprisingly. If you don't know how to control yourself while sparring, then you have no idea what you could apply (technique, strength, power, speed) in a real fight.

In that short clip, he clearly explained

    - How to catch his opponent's timing.
    - How to recognize his opponent's weight distribution.
    - Which angle he should attack.
    - Where he should land his weight supporting foot.
    - ...

You have to develop your tool one at a time.
Wow, thanks for showing this! Useful stuff.
