Dave Ross loves this thread because of me and because it is the story of his kung fu life.

He was led around with a chain around his neck following his old teacher. That is just a metaphor. The old man would show him lama forms and some applications and he thought he was learning the secrets of the universe. Dave Ross found in his teacher the one Ring that rules them all. He felt enormous power but did not realize one truth. The ring magnifies the power of the individual and since Dave is a hobbit he has no powers.
