    I think that guy was training to be a curb. The sand looked like it was kicked up by the guy jumping over him. They were probably doing buddy exercises with one on the ground and the other jumping. At some point I bet they switch. That along with the horrible punishment on their knees just blows me away. I like buddy exercise but there is no way I'd trust even my Sifu to do continuous jumping like that over my lower back. One misstep due to fatigue and you could be paralyzed.

    I think he was trying to hide to get out of doing the jumps.

    I didn't realize wrestling and pole dancing were so intimately related...
