Chiu family is like the Chinese version of Jack Lalanne. They brought in the western strongman training and use weight lifting in the regimen.
It makes a huge difference when you train with resistance. Odd that today there are still advocates of the idea that no resistance training is the way.
I think the Chiu family makes it quite clear that there is value in it.
