Uploaded a video of Chiu Wai Sifu

Okay, so I had this VHS tape for over 20 years and I stumbled upon it a couple of weeks ago. Just in case I'm the last person with this footage, I'm sharing it with you all to make sure it lasts a while longer.

Testimony to the longevity benefits of practicing Hung Kuen....

20 yrs after this video, Si Gung still looked the same both physically and mentally.

Chiu family is like the Chinese version of Jack Lalanne. They brought in the western strongman training and use weight lifting in the regimen.
It makes a huge difference when you train with resistance. Odd that today there are still advocates of the idea that no resistance training is the way.
I think the Chiu family makes it quite clear that there is value in it.
Kung Fu is good for you.
