    A boxer using the bridge

    Hi Guys
Nice breakdown of the fight last week between GGG and Daniel Geale
    Good win to GGG

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eugSR...ature=youtu.be

Its an excellent breakdown of the fight, but what got my interest is GGG's use of the bridge which he does a lot

    Thoughts?

Is that Golovkin? He is well coached and trained. Yup- controlled bridging a lot. Center well protected.
Feet balanced. Good cutting off and angles and lines.

Yep, that's golovkin joy, brilliant fighter.

I put this clip up to show that you can use the bridge which more than a few on here don't believe

What he was doing is unlike what some people think they can do with Wing Chun.

True, but there's people on here that say you can't use the bridge.
    I'd suggest golovkin proves otherwise

I think that clip is a very good example of applying bridge. Really shows how it is used against real resistance.
I also think if you watch UFC's Jon Jones, he does a lot of forearm/hand control that looks a lot like bridging to me.

You can have Kung Fu in cooking, it really has nothing to do with fighting!
