along the sides are the 12 keywords. starting the from right it says:

hook, pluck, cover, hang, hook, advance

    the left side says:

collapse, hit, stick, adhere, paste, help (as in one hand helps the other)

At the bottom is says "Grandmaster Luo Guang Yu 1889-1944"

My Chinese is rusty, but I will give this one a try:

    On the right side:
Beng Bu to Ba Zhou, even immortals cannot conquer.

    On the left side:
Lan Jie to Zai Yao, even ghosts and spirits cannot escape.

A book published in 1946 by Huang Hanxun included a 28 character sonnet with each movement of the form. Attributed to Luo Guangyu's famous shifu Fan Xudong.
I have not translated the whole thing. Later versions of this book Beng Bu do not include these sonnets, I don't know why.
