    Original Choy Lay Fut ?

Is original Choy Lay Fut originally in higher up stances than what we see the Doc Fa Wong Choy Lay Fut or Lee Koon Hung Choy Lay Fut low stances ?

Mid range horse stance is Original. Because they were actually using their gung fu for real life combat.
AFTER.....it was all designed for "performance" hence wider stances. regardless of what anyone says,
you can't be agile in a long wide horse.

    Hi

I was wondering about the higher hose stance because i herd that Choy Lay Fut used it instead of the lower stance . Thanks for the information .

The lower and wider stances are intended to develop your legs better when you are on the young side.
as we get older, our horses rise a big more but never to straight leg standing.
