I like that:
“The first fault is that Wushu has transformed into dance (舞蹈化) and artistic play (艺术化).
“The second fault is what I call the three excesses. There are too many masters, too many authentic successors and disciples and too many people saying ‘I am number one.’
“The third fault is unfair judging. Can traditional Chinese martial arts use a scientific grading system?
I would simply add that without the first fault, you probably wouldn't have the other two.

Man...my sihing just got this issue and it has a picture of the two of us doing a demonstration at lily laus party. We were the students of David Chin. I was the one that got the bloody nose. Hahaha sadly though, in the article about the party my name was horribly misspelled hahaha my name is Will Britt, they have me as Will Brigt. Sounds like brick...hahaha. They even introduced me as Will Bright haha. Love the magazine though, I just thought it was pretty funny.
I'll make a correction in the next issue in my Publisher's Corner.
That list passed through a lot of Chinese whispers. I suppose you should be grateful that it was only one letter off.
PM me your address and I'll comp you a copy of the DVD as an apology.

It wasn't the first misspelled name in our magazine and it is unlikely to be the last.
I always love hanging out with Master David Chin's group. You guys are a lot of fun. Hopefully we'll cross paths again in the future.

We only have a run of 4 facebook memes for this issue. I only use direct quotes and that limits the pool.
