    Tim Armstrong - East Bay Night (Acoustic)

    Personally I always gravitated towards the punk rock. I like the folk roots, ska beats and reggae influence. Some is just noise, I wouldn't particularly care to listen to anymore. But if you get a song-writing genius like Tim Armstrong from Rancid, this IMO is timeless. Here is one in honor of you SF peeps:

    I don't always have to subscribe to a song's philosophy or belief system to like it. For example, I've liked this song since I was about 6 years old, before I fully understood what the lyrics meant. IMO, it's still a great tune and a great song.
