    The following is from an excellent film, "Melinda", which happened to be the first film Jim Kelly had a part in. If there is anything sad about the Melinda soundtrack it is that there were tracks that were in the movies that never made it to the album and they were darn tootin' good.

    I like this and the previous song, We Built This City, also by Starship, even though co-singer Grace Slick (originally of Jefferson Airplane/Jefferson Starship) thinks these 80s songs suck. I understand where she was coming from, but IMO, gratitude for one's opportunities is an important quality, even if you don't feel it's up to your personal standards. These songs obviously helped enrich her financially, probably more than her work in the 1960s and 70s.
