Wah Lum Army Sword

In the early 2000's I learned an army sword/horse cutting sword/pudao form. I've been trying to track it down for years. Recently I learned it was most likely a Wah Lum Preying Mantis form, which led me to this thread from years ago: http://www.kungfumagazine.com/forum/...-horse-cutter). I had the form with the crawling on the ground bit, and was really disappointed to find the video linked in that thread is no longer available.

The other part I remember was three stabs forward while advancing, then circular blocks while moving backwards. These were both done while facing 90* left from the starting position. And, the crawling on the ground bit. I've found a handful of forms with this weapon on youtube, but none of them have the crawling on the ground part.

Does anyone have a video of this? I'd love to get it back.
