Idea of a chi sau contest is a bit insane, but you see a bit what wing chun looks like in free movement in the bits in between before the ref stops it to go back to chi sau.

I would like to have see some leg sweeps to off balance and possible take down attempts when ever the guy in red glove steps in like that. Some may think that's beyond the "normal" realm of Chi Sao.

Well obviously this isn't chi sau and the idea of a chi sau comp is nonsensical. No reason not to have leg sweeps in the free movement phase of whatever this is though

Don't like to see WC has evolved into boxing with no kicks. In stead of removing kick from WC, why not adding wrestling into WC?

    A - B < A

    A + B > A

Because wing chun and wresting don't work together conceptually in any way?
