There is no REAL secrets in Wing Chun, but because the forms are conceptual you have to know how to decipher the information..That's the secret..
Was the audio off by a sec or two? I think there was a delay.
Right around 2:50 or so you go on to say that "the Grab" could be used in Chi Sao. Oh boy...better not open up that can of worms. Although I agree with you on that.
So basically, your method is to give him some pressure or resistance and when you feel him resisting VS your pressure...you grab and strike?
If that's at the heart of what you're saying I won't disagree that can work...but it's pretty common. I even learned that in Judo as a kid only It was moreso for throwing.
I gotta say though...I don't really feel that was a good representation of an iron bridge.

"O"..."Some people believe that you need to make another human being tap out to be a valid art. But I am constantly reminding them that I only have to defend myself and keep you from hurting me in order to Win."
"O"..."The Hung Style practiced solely in methods of Antiquity would ultimately only be useful versus Similar skill sets"
