    Great Documentary! Like the fluid motion of the style, some of the revolving fist strikes and attacks. 3-section staff at the end is wicked weapon choice and drill.

    Interesting that the Mok Gar style was to have originated with the Shaolin base kungfu practices of a midget/dwarf, same as the origins of the Zi Ran Men style.

    Good stuff. Some of the Mok Ga kicks are similar to those of TKD. But I don't think the two systems have crossed each other in their development.
