This is one of the most important training skills within the Mi Zhong curriculum, as the name denotes Mu Quan (Mother Fist). There are many different areas of study but most importantly Mi Zhong principles and keyword theories are latent in this form. A must under the direction of a good teacher for all learners of Mi Zong kung fu.
