As an editor, I gotta say 'do a spell check with your captions'. Yeah, yeah, I can just see that O eye-roll"There you go again, always with the spelling." But seriously, it really undermines the presentation.
Coincidentally, I was just reflecting on Sun style applications because of a piece I'm working on about the five Taiji styles and their unique strengths in Push Hands; it's something I'm doing for the next issue, the JUL+AUG 2016, with China's leading female Push Hands champion, Wu Amin.

My eyes were rolling, big bro...rolling big time. It's funny because, for just about all the videos I've ever posted on my YT page, I was very careful about stuff like that. I even chuckled to myself, "I bet Gene will notice it". Tadah....you did!!!
I did this last video late at nite and it must have slipped by me. In any case, I did it all over again, although I left another small one in a different spot....JUST FOR YOU.
