    What Exercise Do You Hate the Most?

    3 minutes leg raise with straight knees

    (I usually start swearing after 2 minutes.)

    Slow excruciating arm circles after many pushups. Sadists the instructors are.

    Repeating a step by step technical process to someone for the umpteenth time.

    I am sick of that exercise!

    Some exercises I like more or less than others, but I don't 'hate' any of the exercises that I do. I'm thankful to do them. Because there are many people who cannot do them; and other people who can't do any exercises at all due to injuries, health conditions, etc. Every day I'm thankful for even the little things.

    backbends

    Can't do them any more. I could barely do them when I was young. Now I do neck bridges when the rest of the class goes up for backbends.
