Of course they have a long history of making claims which may or may not be umm truthful

Personally Whilst I like to do a few minutes of a dynamic set I know every day as a warm up and stretch, building strength is left to powerlifting and strongman stuff
Here, is that like the isometric guy from a long time ago who said that he only used his exercises, but that he uses weight lifting to test his strength, however he got brought to court or something and said that he used weights a few times a week?

    Greetings,

The following reviews are for Harry Wong's "Dynamic Strength". Some have worked with that program for several years. I think their feedback over what they gained from that program is relevant to the subject matter of this thread.

    Iron Fist,

I know what you mean. Static muscle contraction is a strong strength training exercise. Second to concentric exercise. With eccentric exercise being the strongest. Personally, I do horse stance exercise once a week. Anyway, stone warrior workout is not a good workout if the whole training session consists mainly of static muscle contraction exercises.

If your legs are too weak to hold a traditional stance, you may choose to hold a Wing Chun stance instead...
