    Ving Tsun Focus Mitt Work

    Hey everyone,

Haven't posted here in some time, but I'll give it another go with a recent video of me and my students going over some mitt drills.
    Enjoy!

nice work Sean, liked how you worked in and out the clinch and the sprawl drills in, you probably already do this but two things id suggest would be

    1) Adding in level changes as well as full sprawls, learning to respond to a level change by lowering your own level is a good skill to have, also have your guys come in off the level change with a high double so your guys defending can get used to underhooking and circling out when striking rather than full sprawling
    2) work on distance more, so when the pad man isn't holding the pads up you are further out, make the pad man step into range rather than just moving side to side always in striking distance

    but lovely work as always
