This class will be targetted to compliment your current skill set. We will be reviewing traditional drills and their applications.

Please bring throwing jacket*, long pants, t-shirt, water. You may wear wrestling shoes or go (clean) bare feet. *Traditional Shuai Jiao Jackets will be available for sale.

About the instructor: 20+ year practioner with national and international coaching experience. New York Shuai Jiao is the oldest Chinese wrestling club in the US.
