Movements in Gung Gee Fook Fu written in Chinese

    Hi everyone,

Hoping someone could help me out....

I'm looking for a list of the movements in Gung Gee Fook Fu written in Chinese, that is NOT in pdf format. Word or OpenOffice format would be ideal. I'd like to be able to select the individual characters. Also, a list of the movements in Yale romanization would be great ! Thanks.
