    Kung Fu conditioning bad?

Is it not good for your body at a young age, like in your early to mid teens to be doing heavy body conditioning like holding horse stances for a long period of times, iron palm and kicking and hitting each others legs and arms then using dit da jow to rub on the bruises? I'm just curious if this training is better to wait when you're older or it's ok to start young? Thanks.

I would suggest leave heavy body conditioning till age 18 for the good health of the athlete.
