Hey guys, I haven't been on here in a while, so I decided to drop in and say hi, and share a training video. We were doing some Chi Sao on a rooftop in Houston's Chinatown (how authentic is that?!? lol).
As some of you know, I and my students are Leung Ting Wing Tsun lineage. The cool thing about our weekly rooftop sessions is that they are open to anyone that wants to train, so we frequently get get people of other lineages so we can exchange ideas and get better together. We also got to explore some aspects of internal/Force Flow training, as my Si-Hing Wiedy (striped shirt) has trained personally with Hendrik Santos, and Andy (green shirt) is a CSL student of Robert Chu. The other guy present in the video is my student David.
We had a blast.
