I´m new to this Forum, but I would like to post something funny that happened to me this morning.

After breakfast, after letting my bed sheets to breathe awhile, I waved them up and down as I usually do, and also the curtains, right and left. When I finished I saw that my cardio rate had rised a bit, obviously, and that I had just done something like some of the exercises of Chan Yuan Gong. It's funny because the motions involved in waving clothing are pretty much alike, and breath and cardio are involved as one, so even though it's unconscious, it's still QiGong as far as I see it
