    KungFu Qigong magazine...

The latest edition of the magazine has a story about a guy who used MA against child pornographers, killing some and wounding others. I just want to say that this story was a fantastic story, and a really good training inspiration. Not for the death of people (though bearing in mind the people involved that wouldn't be such a bad thing) but for the fact that someone used their training under extreme circumstances and was a success story.
I would really like to see that article become a monthly thing. Just different stories of MA's who have used their skills successfully (or indeed, unsuccessfully) for the greater good, or merely self defence. I think it would be a really good thing.
The rest of the Mag is excellent too. :D

    You just won't last!"

    Thanks for the kind words!

We've been getting a lot of positive response about that one. It definately struck a nerve.

When you consider that in the media you never hear if a MA has saved himself/herself with their skills. However if a MA is charged for assault, it always seems to be well known (eg. that BJJ star that got charged for slapping someone). It's just good to hear that charges are not all that comes of self defence with Martial Arts.
