    RIP Vincent Tarozzi

Vincent was my Kung Fu brother at Lam Kwoon. We had just reconnected at our Sifu Wing Lam's funeral last April. Vince was a devout Hung Gar man. He had moved on to the Kickboxing/MMA world, working as a coach for Cung Le, and later with Smash Gyms. We got together a little over a month ago, ostensibly for me to hook him up with the right representative at Tiger Claw, but more so to catch up. We were planning to get together for lunch in the near future. He was very excited to be adding traditional Hung Gar to the curriculum at Smash.

I'm shocked and devastated. When we last met, he looked great, fit and vivacious as always. Vince was always in great shape. He trained diligently and was an inspiration to us all, not just for his dedication to the arts, but also for his selfless nature as a coach.
