Saturday, November 17th, 2018 I will be teaching a seminar on the traditional mantis form Fen Shen Ba Zhou (Eight Elbows) Yi Lu (First Road). The seminar will be sponsored by the Shaolin Kung Fu Institute Willoughby Hills at 28142 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, Ohio 44092. The seminar will begin at 2 PM and end at 5 PM. The entire form, applications and keyword theories relating to the form will be taught. No BS, nothing held back. The cost is $50.
