Thank you for this interesting post. Is this a different art than the "Lau Ga Kuen" (Lau family boxing of the Southern 5 families?) If so..is this clip showing a form of Southern Mantis? Or a different Hakka art completely?

Yea, its completely unrelated to the Lau Gar of the 5 Families. Its also unrelated (as far as i know) to Southern Mantis.
