I suppose they have to use this language to suit the ......???? scientific/academic community? which , in my opinion of course .... should take more value i the origin of a thing, especially while trying to extract and communicate the essence of it. and this post is not a rant, lol I'm actually happy to see this stuff, which ha become more frequent in the past 15 years, it's getting played out thats all.
its almost like the articles title says "what Buddha? we just discoverd this uber kewl mindful meditactic thingy." .....like Buddha just came out of nowhere and presented some theory that may or may not help you lol give Buddha at least a sentence, or half of one, to credit him ( although I know Buddha doesnt need it or want it)
lol.....sheesh.....what can I say tho man, a plus is a plus, and if it gets more people to meditate to medicate themselves, and have a healthier perspective with less fear and more love, Im all for it.
