Of the school they think so grand,
But there's a Spirit, can ne'er be told,
    It's the Spirit of Aggieland

Between Fong Sai Yuk 2, Tai Chi Master, and Shaolin Temple.
All are good in their own ways.

    Tkdwarrior,

That was Fong Sai Yuk 2...Jet doing his best Zatoichi impression. Or was it Yojimbo? Too hard to keep up with Japenese cinema sometimes.

It would be easier to list the Jet films I didn't think especially fondly of (even though, in their own ways, I kinda like them too). So here goes:

The Master (Tsui Hark's white elephant, but still kinda cool)

Shaolin Temple 2: Kids from Shaolin (OK, really the only part that freaked me out a little was the Taoist guy kissing his son's package)

Hitman (I just felt something was missing from this movie)
"I'll use my bare hands...against any weapon!"

We are trained in wushu. We must defend the Temple!

Yea, Zatoichi! He was blind-folded and held the swords "upside-down". Very nice.
