How do you deal your depression & anxiety during this uncertain times?

Since we are currently facing this pandemic and some cities are undergoing lockdown. Are you depressed or having anxiety because of the pandemic? Can you tell me how to face it because I'm having them both and I need some tips? Maybe foods, movies, or anything that can help will do.

If anyone deserves thanks, it's you. Taking your suggestion into consideration.

Good advice. Glad he made number "1. Media Distancing". He should add, get off the internet at least a couple hours before going to sleep! If you want to read about snake forms, here's the first article ever in print about Ark Wong:

Great, but not enough! Did you ever find your glasses? That article is one of the first ever on Kung Fu in the USA, and I got it, but that scanned one in the link is in much better condition. He had a large (early) influence on Kung Fu in both the US and Mexico...

You should do more! Sorry, but I got busy and haven't read the article you shared. I've been in training more now so I can easily cope up with some physical & mental problems. I do Yoga and tai-chi every day.

Just like you, I've been doing more Yoga (and chi kung) every day, largely because right now I don't have the access to the places that I do big and/or fast forms.

Here's a rare find. The Ding Ding song sung about an octive lower than usual, so its a lot smoother for Western ears:
