    Iron armed dummies.

Using solid or schedule 40 metal piping in place of traditional wooden arms. Pros and cons?

    Don't everybody respond at once.

Ok. Better question... does anyone else use a wooden training dummy with schedule 40 and solid iron arms in their training? I personally only have ever used my iron armed one for the past 15 or so years. I am merely curious of anyone elses intuitive leaps of logic in regards to their respective martial arts journey.

Not yet, I have limited space in my workout room. I have a squat rack and have been playing around with a couple of designs to create a metal plate that could go in the squat rack holes and would use steel arms.
