    I know

    d a m n (Like d a m nation!)
    f a r t (Bite me)
    d o r k (WTF)
    c o c k (what if I want to talk about a male hen?)
    b a s t a r d (in the dictionary, legal word)

But not arse, ass or wanker. Eh?

And GDA can talk about finger f*cking a squirrel!!!!!!!!

    Legally, only the words f u c k and c u n t are illegal in the UK.

So what the hell is going on!?!?!?

Kung Lek - I summon you, answer my post!

    Not only that

But I am in his B A D books after my Blue movie posts.

He was real quick, they hadn't been posted for 15 seconds and they were gone, and he gave me a huge b*llocking.

He didn't even laugh at "Good Will Humping" or Thighs Wide Shut.

And yet GDA can talk about his squirrel antics and NOTHING happens.

    Maybe he hates me..............

I think those are good goals to set for yourself. I can play guitar for two hours easy, and practicing MA for an hour isn't bad either. personally i like to do 1 1/2 hrs. of each, but that includes wieght training. I should really spend more time on my forms, I haven't done one in like two week since I hurt my shoulder snowboarding. I'm really envious of any of you who can still practice out side. i live right around 10,000 ft. and it's usally about -20F at 5am. My other goals are to gain ten pounds and write a lot more music. Not to get of topic but what kind of guitar/amp set up do you have DelicateSound? I found some good deals on some nice guitars last time i was in England.

    This morning

I got up, got dressed, went outside, did 12 and 1/2 minutes of training, then ran in and sat by the fire.

    I hate this country.

As a surfer, I train the most in the winter because hopping into the Atlantic when its 38 degrees is reserved for only the best and biggest of waves.

With that said, Delicate Sound, can you do it? OF coarse. Anything CAN be done. It's a matter of committing to it and DOING it. One hour a day is nothing. Think of if you spent a mere 15 minutes at work training a principle, 15 minutes while cooking, 15 minutes between tv shows, and then put in a good 30 minutes, you're already past an hour.

Me, I train at class 2 times a week for 3 or 4 hours. On off days I mess around, play with and fine tune principles in my kitched here and there easily over an hour combined. Here at work, going into the mens room, are two spring loaded doors. Each time I go **** I do something to those doors. Walking to the dlei for lunch I do some chi-gung or work a wave strikes into my walking just to work the muscles, make them smooth.

Is there any action smoother than blinking? It's because we do it constantly. I know its the same with music. Forget TV! Forget the bars! Do what you want to do and it will get done. Best of luck.

For me, I am now on a swimming regiment to get back into shape after blowing out ,y knee a few months ago (no surfing = pot belly). I want to drop 15 lbs by May. I should be able to do this easy -- I swim for 30 minutes straight at the local pool every night I do not hit Chintown.

Once you set a routine, its easy to keep and you'll feel bad when you miss. Ocassional miss is fine. Ocoassional practice = no real skill.

I think that is the problem. I've never gotten into a routine, so I don't really know that feeling. I'm going to try, sporadic training is no good at all to anyone.

    Surfing in winter though - O U C H !

I agree with the little bits of training though, I never sit down at the PC, I squat in horse stance until I collapse

Actually has helped, the amount I spend on here!

    That's funny.

I have been swimming now for three weeks and that's it -- I'm in. If I go home now without swimming I feel like an oaf, and just think about how good I feel hopping out of the pool after doing 20 or 30 lapse. That feeling, the juices all going, is what gets me there. I'll keep it up until April or so, then I'll be surfing every little ripple that hits Long Island.

    Good luck.

    Happy New Year.

"Here at work, going into the mens room," - I thought I was the only one who trained in the mens room at work.

My routine: I walk in the rest room, stretch out, train my form, footwork w/wo/handwork, and even rock a few push ups.

Shhh, I go to the mens room just to train and get some blood circulating. Sitting in front of a pc all day in no good for the body. The only bad thing is that I usually spend 10 - 15 mins in there and I come out all flushed in the face and sometimes even sweaty. My boss must think I'm dropping chunks like a donkey.

    Take care,

I have a large warehouse where I work and I do my forms in there about 3-4 times a day when nobody is around. It only takes about 30 minutes total, and sometimes I'll do 5 minutes of qi gong. I usually keep myself exercised while at work by playing hackysack outside in the summer or in the warehouse or bathrooms in the winter. Occasionally I will go to the bathroom and do 10 minutes of qi gong, and then come all out like it was nobody's business.

The summer is definetely nice though because I can take a 15 minute break from work, walk to a local park area and do some forms and stuff.
