Well as for m I train in sweat pants and sweat hood or shirt. Whe I want to get serious I train in my military BDU's and weighted boots and a weight vest. and to add to it sand filled goves ( leather style riding gloves )but I may be a little on the crazy side.

we also train in whatever. occassionally sifu will get on a kick where he wants everone to at least wear black so that we look kind of uniform, but this lasts a week or two at best and then he just gives up again.
