sing fu-thanks for your post.

i do beleive that in some shops in chinatowns they sell lion dance music on dvd or vcd not quite sure about cassette.
we have lion dance and forms music.
if you have a set of your own drums gong and cymbils you can make your own demo music.

hope this helps..

Kung Fu mp3's

I know it's a little late to jump in on this post, but I wanted to post a link to this site where you can download a few kung fu mp3's. Two are sung by a guy named Jacky Chen....is that Jacky Chan?? Anyway, they sound cool and can really get you pumped up to train! Also, you can check ebay for cd's...I've seen the soundtracks for "Enter The Dragon" and "Kung Fu-The Legend Continues" going for a song (no pun intended).

I'm late, but I'll give my advice

Hey, guys, why not go with the Once Upon a Time in China theme? I always like to train a form to that theme, if you want advice on a movie theme. I thought there were a bunch of people that liked to train to that theme like me!
