    Six Harmonies info, anyone?

    Can anyone tell me about the Six Harmonies Praying Mantis system? (I read Ilya Provatilov's excellent article on PM, and it mentioned SHPM ) Specifically, what parts of Hsing I and Ba Gua were incorparated into both the forms and the actual fighting training?

    www.prayingmantisboxing.com has information on six harmonies praying mantis boxing. It is the site that Mr. Profatilov runs. I wish I could be of more help, but I don't know much about this style either.
