I follow the Wing lam method and I just ordered ddj from Dale, it's way cheaper in the long run to make your own. You might wanna dabble in iron palm also. I have a quick question on the ''figure 8 pattern''. Would you happen to know where I can find visuals/videos of this exercise? I have no idea how it is (and should) be performed?
