Featured will be Grand Master Garrett Gee with explanations of the
HFY Center Line Theory, HFY Five Line Theory, and HFY Box Theory.
Come learn and experience how these time zones influence the choice of 3 HFY Bong Sao:
Hok Bong Sao (鶴膀手), Ying Bong Sao (鷹膀手), Laan Bong Sao (攔膀手).
Grandmaster Garrett Gee will highlight the various scientific, pragmatic, and combative functions of each of these three tools through its basis in Time Space and Energy.





Sifu Mark Jones will host a public workshop on July 19th, 20th & 21st 2013 at the Phoenix, Arizona Hung Fa Kwoon.
